Condition of Return and Refund Policy

Please ensure you film the unboxing of your parcel once you receive it. If you are missing any items or require any compensation for damages a video will be requested from you. We are unable to offer compensation with images only. 

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost to ULTBIAS’s warehouse.

Item price refund will be given ONLY, as store credit in your ULTBIAS account [may take up to 5 business days to show in your ULTBIAS account]. Shipping fee of your order won't be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns except on our discretion and if you:

  • Contact our support team within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery [from the date it has been delivered from the courier to your shipping address]
  • products are not opened, used and are still in pristine condition;
  • accept a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price;

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you:

  • simply change your mind; or
  • purchased the wrong product; or
  • already knew of a particular fault in a product, or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product; or
  • once the goods have been shipped out of our warehouse;
  • damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control

Cancellations

Please carefully check your items before proceeding with your order on our website. We do not accept cancellations for mistakes or change of mind once the goods have been shipped out of our warehouse. 

In the event of a cancellation before your order has been shipped (subject to ULTBIAS’ approval), there is a restocking charge of 5% of the total cost of the order. We absorb unavoidable costs from cancellations including:

  1. Transaction fees depending on the payment method;
  2. Conversion fees depending on the currency;
  3. Service fees from our fulfilment centres including picking, preparation of packaging and restocking the goods back to inventory;
  4. Recall fee in exceptional cases which involves intercepting the parcel after the order has shipped

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@ultbias.us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do not offer any compensation on items that are damaged or faulty 30 days after being delivered. 

Refunds

Item price refund will be given ONLY, as Store Credit in your account. It may take up to 5 business days to show the updated Store Credit in your account. 

Rejection of a Return or Refund Claim

ULTBIAS reserves the right to reject a return or a refund claim if consumers:

  • Change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable (where the consumer has not made any specific intended use of the product known to ultbias.com and ultbias.us), or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods.
  • Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way. Such a use that you wouldn't reasonably expect the product to perform.
  • Damage the product by making alterations not performed by us.
  • Damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control.
  • Are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the care instructions (if any are provided).

Parcel Theft and Transit

All our packages come with a tracking number. Customers can follow the package status through their shipping confirmation. We have the same shipping updates as customers with no further or detailed information. 

We ask that customers be proactive in tracking their order and to ensure the parcel is moving at the expected pace and be readily available to receive it at the expected delivery date. If you expect to be unavailable to receive your order, we recommend contacting your local postal service to direct it to a safe place.

Please be aware that we, ULTBIAS, are not responsible for stolen packages. The postal services will not take any responsibility if it is marked as “Delivered” and/or has proof of delivery images. 

We are also not responsible for any compensation claimed for delays in transit.
