A pre-sale is a pre-purchasing experience for products that have already been made and are on the way to our warehouse.

By purchasing a product during pre-sale, you are securing your product until we are able to ship it out to you.

Pre-Sales allow us to plan shipping orders better and ensure we have enough resources to ship as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since there were pre-orders before this pre-sale, those will be fulfilled first, which helps us process everything in order of priority.

The current estimated shipping date is end October 2026.

If there are any changes to the expected dispatch timeframe, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Yes, however, your order will only be shipped once all products are available at our warehouse.

If you need to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

You won't be able to amend your order once its been placed. You'll need to request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct items.

To cancel, please send an email to support@ultbias.us with your order number as soon as possible.

We've partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions to offer added assurance to our customers with their orders.

By selecting Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping claim with Route and receive a replacement or refund. Learn more here.
