Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.

Products available for pre-sale have been made and are on the way to our warehouse. By purchasing an product during pre-sale, you are securing your product until we are able to ship it out to you.

Based on feedback from our community, we are trailing a pre-order period of 45 days to ensure every collector has a chance to participate.

Yes! Just a note that if your cart contains multiple pre-order items, your order won't ship until all items have arrived at our warehouse. We're unable to ship separately or make exceptions. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page and further information can be viewed via our Pre-Order Updates Tracker. If you wish to receive items at their expected arrival dates, we recommend placing separate orders.

There are two things to check:

• Make sure you've added a pre-order binder to your cart first — the offer on the pocket pages can't be redeemed without one.
  
• Pocket pages must match the binder size in your cart. For example, adding a pre-order A4 binder will unlock Custom A4 Pocket Pages and an A5 binder will unlock Custom A5 Pocket Pages.

Unfortunately, pre-order and in-stock itemsCANNOT be combinedin the same order as they ship at different times, which complicates fulfilment. If you'd like to purchase products currently in stock, aseparate ordermust be placed.

The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address. Please contact support at support@ultbias.us for further assistance.

The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:

• Changing your payment method
• Adding or removing items
• Combining separate orders

Please double-check everything before completing your purchase. For adding or removing items, you will need to request a cancellation which we can process a refund by store credit so you can repurchase the correct items.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued. After that 14-day window, cancellations can only be refunded as store credit. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.
