Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.

Products available for pre-sale have been made and are on the way to our warehouse. By purchasing an product during pre-sale, you are securing your product until we are able to ship it out to you.

Based on feedback from our community, we are trailing a pre-order period of 45 days to ensure every collector has a chance to participate.

Please note: A pre-order binder must be added to your cart first to successfully redeem the offer on the pocket pages.

Yes, but if the binders have different expected delivery dates, your order won't be shipped until all items have arrived at our warehouse. We're unable to split shipments or make exceptions. If you wish to receive items at their expected arrival dates, we recommend placing separate orders.

At the start of each campaign, we will provide expected shipping dates for reference. You can also check the status of pre-orders at any given time and follow along through every stage of the campaign using our Pre-Order Update Tracker.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening:

No binder in cart: Pocket pages can only be added once a pre-order binder is in your cart.

Incorrect page size: You can only add pre-order pages that match the size of the pre-order binder in your cart i.e. for an A4 binder, only our Custom A4 Pocket Pages can be added.

Unfortunately, pre-order and in-stock items CANNOT be combined in the same order as they ship at different times, which complicates fulfilment.

If you'd like to purchase products currently in stock, a separate order must be placed.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued.

After that 14-day window, cancellations can only be refunded as store credit. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please send an email to support@ultbias.us with your pre-order order number for further assistance.

Please ensure you carefully review our Pre-Order Terms and Conditions before placing your pre-order.

The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address. Please send an email to support@ultbias.us to request changes.

The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:

• Changing your payment method
• Adding or removing items
• Combining separate orders

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you would like to add or remove any items to your existing pre-order, you will need to request a cancellation and place a new order. Please send an email to support@ultbias.us with your pre-order order number for further assistance.
