How long does the End of Season Sale run for?
The End of Season sale runs for one week and will end on 29 June 2026, 10:00PM (EDT).
However, the sale may be modified, extended or suspended at the discretion of ULTBIAS at any time.

Will sold out items be restocked during the sale?
No, the sale strictly applies to ready-to-ship available stock only. Once items are sold out, they will not be restocked.

Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during this sale, we are not be able to modify, combine or cancel any orders once payment is processed and your order has been placed.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. However, due to the expected high volume of orders, please allow an additional 4~7 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased during the End of Season Sale?
All items purchased at the discounted price during the promotion are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted unless you receive a damage or defective good.
