Will items sell out fast during Black Friday?
Yes, our best sellers usually go fast! Stock is limited and we won’t be restocking during the sale, so it's best to shop early if there’s something you’ve been eyeing.
Will the discounts be automatically applied?
Yes, all items will be marked down with the discount automatically applied. No code required!
Can I use additional discount codes during the sale?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts codes, offers or bundle offers (Build Your Own Bundle - Wide Bundle, Coloured Bundle and Essential Bundle will not be available).
How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. However, due to the expected high volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale, please allow an additional 4~7 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order is dispatched.
Please note that shipping times may also be delayed due to the increased volume of parcels our carriers are handling during this peak season.
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
Please refer to our current holiday shipping cut-off dates to determine whether your order is likely to arrive in time.
